Contact Support
Email support@d1performancetraining.com. A person on our team reads every message. In the app, go to Settings and tap Contact Support. It opens an email with your account email, phone type and app version already filled in, which you can edit or remove before you send. If you can't sign in, email us from any address.
Tell us the email address on the account and what you need. Don't send passwords, sign-in codes, card numbers, health details, private messages or videos. Before we discuss or change an account, we may check that you're the account owner, the person who pays, or a linked Parent/Guardian.
We reply to the account email or another address we've verified. We don't promise a response time, and some privacy, billing or safety requests need more checks before we can finish them.
Plans and billing
- There are three plans: Starter, Playmaker and Game Changer, each billed Monthly or Annual. Each plan includes everything in the one before it. On Starter, your D1 Performance trainers check in every week and review every discomfort report within one business day. Playmaker adds form checks on lifts. Game Changer adds a Dedicated Trainer by name and an open family thread with that trainer. Every plan can share the Recruit-Ready Profile as an image. See plans and prices.
- Each Athlete can try D1 Performance free for 7 days, once. The days start once the Athlete has finished setup in the app; a trial started on our website before then, by the Athlete or a Parent/Guardian, waits for setup. It needs no card and ends without charging anyone. It includes everything the app does on its own, but no trainer work. When every plan is full, new trials pause until a plan opens, and you can join a plan's waitlist instead.
- Plans and session credits are bought on our website, and Stripe handles payment. The app doesn't sell anything.
- Buy or manage a plan on our website. On iPhone, you can also get there from the app: go to Settings and tap Subscription & billing. The Android app has no purchase link.
- The person who pays can switch to another plan or billing period in Plans & billing on our website by choosing Change plan. The page shows the new price, when it starts and anything due today before you confirm. A change to a lower price, or from Annual to Monthly, waits for renewal and can be undone until then.
- Plans renew automatically. The person who pays can cancel any time in Manage billing on our website, or by emailing Support from the email on the account. The Athlete keeps access through the end of the paid period.
- If you're not satisfied, for any reason, email Support within 14 days of the first charge for an Athlete's plan and we'll refund it in full. The refund ends that plan, and a Founding 100 seat goes with it.
- Email Support about billing errors, duplicate charges or access problems. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, go to Settings and tap Delete account, or email Support from the email on the account. Deleting an Athlete's account ends their plan right away, with no automatic refund, and unused session credits can't be used afterward. If a Parent/Guardian who pays deletes their account, the plan stops renewing and the Athlete keeps access until the paid period ends. The Terms of Service and Section 11 of the Privacy Policy cover what's deleted and what we keep.
Privacy and Health data
An Athlete connects or stops Apple Health or Health Connect, and deletes the Health data we've stored, in Settings under Health access. Stopping and deleting are separate. While the Athlete is under 18, a linked Parent/Guardian can stop future Health collection.
To get a copy of your data or fix something you can't edit in the app, email Support. The Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Data Trust explain what we collect and who can see it.
Emails
To stop Progress Report emails, tap Manage report emails at the bottom of one. You can turn off Progress Report emails and promotional emails separately, and turn them back on there too. The reports stay in the app. Receipts, renewal notices and sign-in emails always go out.
Family links
An Athlete can remove a linked Parent/Guardian in Settings under Family, and a Parent/Guardian can remove a link under Connections. Linking again takes a new invite. We never link accounts for anyone.
Support doesn't settle custody or family disputes. If a safety or custody concern means a link should end and you can't end it yourself, email Support. A D1 Performance administrator can end the link and records why. That doesn't stop a new invite later.
When a plan ends, its Trainer Thread stays readable, with its messages and clips, for the Athlete and every linked Parent/Guardian. Nobody can post in it.
